I took a walk on the Vista Trail, part of the Rouge Urban Park, from a new entry point (for me) near the zoo.
While I captured some decent landscapes, I was also treated to this one bit of wildlife; a pileated woodpecker caught my attention at first because it was chirping away in the trees. I was able to switch from my landscape lens to my long telephoto to get several captures. It’s a little noisy, but not bad considering I was shooting at ISO 2000 and cropping slightly.
